2. User Responsibilities:

   Users are responsible for providing accurate information about their offline application and ensuring compatibility with our service. Users must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy and security.

3. Third-Party Payment Processing:

   We utilize a third-party payment processor to handle all payment transactions. By using our service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our chosen payment processor. We are not responsible for any issues or disputes that arise from payment processing, and users should direct any payment-related inquiries to the payment processor.

     By agreeing to recurring payments, the cardholder authorizes PayMongo to automatically deduct payment from the given credit/debit card account until he/she revokes such authorization. The payments shall be charged at the start of each billing cycle, which shall be dependent on the agreed products/plans. After the processing of payment, the Merchant shall reach out to the cardholder if his/her payment is successful or not. PayMongo shall not be held liable for the Merchant's failure to notify the cardholder regarding the payment status. The cardholder further acknowledges and agrees that the billing cycle and amount to be deducted are dependent on the instructions made by the Merchant to PayMongo.

4. Accessibility Standards:

   Payment for our service is based on a subscription model. Users are billed monthly in advance and agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Payment processing fees charged by the third-party payment processor may apply and are the responsibility of the user.

8. Liability and Warranty:

   We do not guarantee that our service will be error-free or meet all user requirements. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Termination:

   Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, users will no longer have access to our service, and any outstanding fees will be due.

10. Updates to Terms:

    We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or by a notice on our website.
